The project combines sports, theatre and circus in workshops, hobby groups and events.
The activities are aimed at young people aged between 15 and 25 years, and they offer the participants the chance to hang out, learn something new and feel good!
#expressyourself
For young people
Do you want to express yourself with easy-going people and perhaps make new friends – and maybe even find a new direction in life? If so, you’re very welcome to come join us at Sporty Theatre! We’re inviting people to come take part in our hobby groups, which bring together culture and sports in a relaxed way.
You can also be part of a production and learn how to make videos and get involved in scriptwriting. To give you a helping hand, each group will be guided by professionals in the field of theatre and/or sports.
The activities are free of charge and you can join a group in Helsinki, Kainuu, Oulu or Rovaniemi. Some of the activities are for specific groups, such as student groups and school classes.
Come along and contact your local project worker. You can find out more about our open events on our events page.
We’d be happy to meet you, no matter if you speak Finnish or not!
For group tutors and teachers
Group tutors and teachers: is your group interested in participating in an activity combining theatre, sports and self-expression in an easy-going way?
If you know a group who might be interested, or if you want to learn more about the project, please do not hesitate to contact us.
